Architects of Archives, Rhythm & Circulation
TDK240VAULT works with archives, collections, institutions, researchers, artists and cultural organisations. We help identify hidden connections, map dispersed sources and transform fragmented materials into meaningful forms of public knowledge.
TDK240VAULT draws on an international network of researchers, archivists, curators and collaborators.
At its core, TDK240VAULT studies the conditions under which things appear, persist, circulate and acquire value.
Three levels of engagement
Each formula corresponds to a different stage in the transformation of information into knowledge, knowledge into circulation, and circulation into cultural value.
Why TDK240VAULT
Archival investigation, provenance research, biographical reconstruction: every project rests on identified, mapped sources.
The objective is not simply to collect information but to organise meaning — for diverse audiences.
Researchers, archivists, curators and collaborators, brought in according to each project’s needs.
Beyond the one-off project: building lasting infrastructures of memory.
Method
Interviews, assessment of the collection, identification of stakes and audiences.
Archival research, mapping of sources and networks, historical timelines.
Conceptual frameworks, story structure, choice of forms: exhibition, publishing, podcast.
Curatorial texts, public programming, interpretation, communication strategy.
Institutional advisory, team workshops, long-term strategy.
